After 12 years coaching people of all walks of life in my gym. I observed only 3% of the men (and women) actually did the work. They showed up consistently. Follow the eating strategies to the "T" until they obtained that which their heart desired.
The other 97%?
They did nothing. And if I'm being honest, most QUIT.
I asked myself, "WHY?"
Why are only 3% of my students seeing success?? (I mean REAL success.) Is it the program? Is it me?Here's what I came up with based on 12 years of private consultations and nutrition sessions.
People are wounded.
- Mentally.
- Physically.
- Emotionally.
And many are spiritually DEAD. They've denied religion and for many... reject the existence of God. They've come to the conclusion that... an atheistic worldview––a perspective which believes NOTHING created everything––is true.
(What is truth? An answer we'll dive into, in week 4.)
Until we become strong in our mind, body, and reconnect with God... NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. The body cannot exist without the mind. And the mind and body cannot exist without God.
Period.
And that's why I'm making it my life's work to help men like YOU, become better through the 5 Elements so you can:
- Attain your goals.
- Grow and lead your family.
- And change the world around you.
How to Change the WORLD
(By: Garret J. White, Founder of Wake up Warrior)
- Change a man, you change his marriage.
- Change his marriage, you change his family.
- Change his family, you change his community.
- Change his community, you change his city.
- Change his city, you change his state.
- Change his state, you change his country.
- Change his country, you change the word.
And that's how you do it, you change ONE MAN.
And that's my mission, brother.
Welcome to the 5 Elements of a Strongman!
In Robert Bly's book, Iron John, there is an opening scene where a traveling hunter enters a kingdom on the edge of a forrest.
Standing before the king he asks...
Where can a guy find some "fun" around here?
The king replies, "I would recommend the forest but... the men who enter have been disappearing." To which the hunter replies, "sounds like that's where I need to be."
The king warns him. Should he enter the forest and something happens... no one is coming to save him.
The young lad throws caution to the wind... takes his dog and heads into the mouth of the beast. Approaching the center him and his dog come across a pond.
It's at that moment.
A giant arm covered with rusty-colored hair explodes from the water and rips his dog beneath the surface.
"This must be the place."
He says.He heads back to town, recruits 3 men and they return with buckets... to "bucket" out the entire pond.
What does this have to do with you becoming a stronger man, husband, and father? Well this scene got me thinking.
In 2020 Bryanna and I got the kids our first "family dog."
A mini schnauzer (his name is, "Hero.")
He's my daughters world. Dare I say... her prized possession. I can only imagine what would happen to her if she lost him. If he was ripped from her.
You see.
You're the hunter and you're here because something in your life has happened:
- Lost job.
- Poor health.
- Failed marriage.
- Dysfunctional relationships.
You've "lost your dog."
This is God bringing into your awareness that something is wrong.
The "dog" of your life represents everything dear to your heart. It represents your wife, children, family, and closest friends. What would happen if you lost everything near and dear to your heart?
Since you're the hunter... how would YOU respond?
- Do you replace your dog?
- Do you jump in after the dog?
- Do you fight and save your dog?
- Do you try to figure our what's going on?
When you lose your dog, what do you do?
Identifying Your Lost Dog...
