The Hip Hinge and Clean

The most functional of movements! never lose this...

This is usually where most lifters go wrong when learning how to lift with kettlebells.


It's very common for individuals to "squat" during the swing, clean, snatch, etc...


In todays tutorial I'll be taking you through how "pattern the hinge" and kettlebell clean. 


The kettlebell clean is IMHO doesn't get enough cred in the kettlebell world. The exercise will make you resilient, conditioned, and STRONG AS HEC!

The kettlebell press is only as good as the clean that comes before it. So it's crucial that we have this skill down!
