In todays lesson we will be integrating a few of my go-to solo BJJ drills with our pressing.
Light drills in between sets of presses are a great way to actively recover. They help reduce any acidic build up you may incur with the nature of lifting heavy weights.

There are several variation of drills but, for today's lesson, these are solo drills when a training partner is not a luxury.
The drills
Remember the purpose of these drills are to reduce acidity, build coordination [for Jiu-Jitsu] and keep you fresh. You should be able to maintain a conversation the entire time.
We are trying to avoid glycolysis.
You will get plenty of endurance training during your actual live sparring sessions.
