One of My Go-To Flows After Rolling

Actually I'll run through this flow both before and after rolling. This will help improve strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.

What About Stretching?

I actually do VERY little stretching, now, I'm not saying stretching is not important, however, sometimes what can appear to be "inflexibility" can actually be a lack of reflexive strength. 


This flow will address that.

Plus it just really feels good after a tough rolling and drilling session 😉
