Your First One Arm Pushup

Yep.


That's right--one for the first one arm pushups (OAP) you ever do is from the frog roll posture.

So, if you've been trying to build your OAP this is the best place to start.


Stay consistent with the frog roll and you'll be on your way to a sold one arm push up!

1. Perform 5-10 frog rolls per side

You're probably thinking, "can I pair these movements together?"


Absolutely! That's the end goal--to create a "movement flow" or what I call a "daily recharge".
