The Crooked Kettlebell Armbar (aka: the bent armbar), does this arm position look familiar?

It looks like the "key lock" or "Americana".  If you're not familiar with Jiu-Jitsu...


The "key lock" or "Americana" is a VERY effective shoulder lock submission. If you have tight shoulders and are caught in this submission...


You may not have enough time to tap before getting injured.


DO NOT take this mobility exercise lightly... IT'S POWERFUL!!


The Crooked Armbar has been my secret weapon to bulletproofing my shoulders for the last 10 years.  But, it no only helps your mobility in the neck and shoulder--it also builds some serious strength as well.
