The Bent Press is without a doubt the truest expression of strength and mobility. And there is a reason it's at the end of the press continuum...


... it's FREAKING hard to do.


Many times, people will go straight to practicing the Bent Press only to hit frustration or a movement restriction.


The Half Kneeling Windmill series will help you reverse engineer the Bent Press.  I'll get more into bent pressing at a later date.


Moving on...


Building off of part one, the second part of the Half Kneeling Windmill series will not only take you into further t-spine rotation...


It will also be center on hip mobility.


And to have an effective guard game... hip mobility IS ESSENTIAL!
