Advanced Kettlebell FLO

Here's where we put it all together!


This is my personal flow that I do before I head to Jiu-Jitsu. I also use this as an active recovery day when I'm transitioning from one program to the next.


Be sure to choose a light kettlebell as you will be under tension for quite some time.


I generally use a 16kg for the sequence and a 24 for when I'm trying to push myself a little.
