This episode is a sample of week 1, day 1 of the Executive Cycle. With one change... after beta testing the plans... we made 2 significant changes:


  1. We cut the plans to 2 series within the circuit instead of 4.
  2. Extended the sets from E20 to E30.


The primary reason for this is because...  by week 3, day 3 you'll have 5 double snatches... and after initial testing... 5 DSN's E20 would be too challenging for most.


But today's session will be the framework of how to run week one of the Executive Cycle.
