Here's the framework for a single bell grind ladder from week 1, day 1 of The Kitchen Sink Cycle.


In the video I cover 3 options for knocking out your squats:


  1. Option #1: Traditional front squat on one side and alternating sides each set.
  2. Option #2: Traditional Goblet squat, holding the kettlebell by the handle.
  3. Option #3: True Goblet squat with and emphasis on crushing the bell.
