Double Snatch & Squat

This is a sample session from week 3, day 3 of The Executive Cycle and the session responsible for the change to the plans.


It took me 12 seconds to complete 5 double snatches... using a downcast. Most people won't be as efficient down casting the bells and powerfully executing all 3 sets.


And this's why we test all of our plans before they're published.
