Here's a sample session from The Executive Cycle for week 2, day 2 using asymmetrical bells.
Remember to use your primary bell with the 2nd bell about 1/2 the size.
Keep in mind... we made an edit to the plans compared to what I cover in the video. There's only 2 series in a circuit (not 4) and the sets are extended to every 30 seconds (E30).
