The upper body flow will be your weekly practice throughout phase 1 of this course. Days 2, 4, and 6.
One time through the sequence takes ~15-20 minutes -- depending on how many reps of each exercise you complete. Don't be alarmed if you struggle to complete the sequence all the way through without stopping.

Go through the flow as many times as you see fit (once should be enough).
Bodyweight is a discipline you can practice several times a day.
If you "feel" like you need more... work this flow a couple of times through the day:
- Once in the morning.
- After lunch.
- After work.
