Week 15 Plans

Pretty straight forward week this week. Your serial interval circuits return to PR/SQ for sets of 4.


Serial-Interval Circuits


Example session: 4 presses on the minute (OTM) for 3 straight sets completes a series of presses. After the 3rd set, rest to the top of the minute (TOM) plus 1 minute. The clock will read: 4:00—start your squat series.


4 front squats OTM for 3 straight sets, this completes the series of squats and completes the circuit.  Rest TOM plus 1 minute (TOM+1) and start next series of presses. Go on to complete the prescribed number of circuits I have planned for you.
