Here's what I want you to focus on this week.
SPEED + POWER!
What I mean by this is... aim to press with as much speed as possible. Now, the weight won't move very fast but -- the intension is speed.
This'll set you up for days 2 & 3.
On Day 3, leverage the launch pad by extending through your chest for the push-press.
SPEED + POWER is the goal.
I talk about it here in a lesson on the jerk (which is no longer part of the initial BM curriculum).
This tactic should make your push-presses FLY.
