Welcome to month 2, week 8.


How bout them double cleans, eh??


Aside from the volume switching to deadlifts -- the BIGGEST and most subtle change has been in your hybrids. This simple change in moving your feet from double clean to squat is a world of difference.


You'll be tempted to keep your feet a little wider for the squat after the clean -- don't -- move those feet!


The further apart your feet are... the less hip mobility you have. The closer your feet... the more mobility and freedom you have in your hips.
