Volume shift to the clean and your hybrid switches to "CL+SQ." This may seem insignificant but... the simple task of re-adjusting your feet from the clean stance to your squat stance, and back to your clean stance is VERY taxing.
You'll see/feel what I mean 😉
But the coolest part is, we'll be introducing the single arm deadlift! After your set of presses... put the bells down for a moment to set up for your deadlifts.
