Congrats on taking decisive action by joining the 28-day SAH Foundations protocol. Over the next 4 weeks, we’ll be working together to set a foundation of strength, strength endurance, identify asymmetries — and other weak points — and sever any naggin’ aches n’ pains you may have.

After 28-days, you’ll possess the ability to be more active with your kids and live life on your terms.

Why a Foundations Protocol?

If you’ve been in the kettlebell world for any amount of time. It’s not uncommon to move right into kettlebell swings. The kettlebell swing as been quipped as the “center of the universe” for the kettlebell exercises. While this isn’t wrong—the swing is the foundation of the kettlebell ballistics.

BUT.

It’s a speed/power, agility, and quickness exercise.

Attributes of which, most guys aren’t ready for right out of the gate. If kettlebell swings — or any of the ballistic exercises — have ever bothered your back, then it’s likely you do not have a solid foundation of strength-stability and strength-endurance.

These attributes set the stage for building muscle, developing maximum strength, and paving the way for the power exercises—like swings, cleans, snatches, push press, and jerk.
